DRIVING FOR TWENTY KILOMETERS YOU CAN VISIT ALBA, THE CITY OF FINE WINES AND THE RARE WHITE TRUFFLE.

WE ARE CENTRALLY LOCATED WITH RESPECT TO THE LANGHE, ROERO AND MONFERRATO HILLS, 

SO OUR RESIDENCE IS THE PERFECT START TO DISCOVER WONDERFUL LANDSCAPES AND CULINARY WONDERS.

Our Hands in the Earth

We cultivate various gardens alternating strips of uncultivated land with lines of vegetables to allow a rotation and therefore an annual rest of the earth. Our vegetables have the necessary space to grow, and many “close” plants to “talk” with. The guiding principle of our cultivation is Biodynamics, understood as a closed-cycle farm: everything the farm needs is produced within the same farm. We save rainwater and use it as rescue water for our plants in times of greatest drought. We do not irrigate our crops in order to harvest fruits of the right size, very tasty and concentrated.

THIS MEANS THAT WE ALWAYS WALK THE WAY CLOSE TO NATURE EVEN IF IT IS THE MOST CHALLENGING.
WHEN THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE, WE PREFER NOT TO ACT.
WE CONSIDER NATURE AS SOMETHING TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE.
WE DEFEND THE NATURALITY OF OUR LAND AS A PRECIOUS GIFT.

Welcome to our forest! Our small forest is located at the foot of the main building, preceding the vegetable gardens. Through roads and paths, it is possible to stroll and enjoy the bucolic atmosphere of the place that surprises in every season. The forest was largely created by the spontaneous sowing of birds that continue to unknowingly sow different varieties of trees. Elms and field maples, walnuts and centuries-old oaks. Wild cherry, pear and plum trees. Mulberries, ash trees (one of these very tall and old) and many others. But also flowers, spontaneous, colorful and very useful, among which the queen is certainly the wild orchiedea: an undisputed sign of biodiversity and natural soils.

WE GROW WILD FLOWERS FOR THE WELL-BEING OF BEES AND OTHER POLLINATING INSECTS.
OUR FOREST IS THE HOME OF MANY SMALL ANIMALS, LIKE THE MINI HARE AND THE RED SQUIRREL.
BIRDS CREATE THEIR NESTS IN THE FOREST, ALLOWING US TO ATTEND SUBLIME CONCERTS.

WE ALSO GROW CULTURE, IN EVERY ASPECT, ESPECIALLY RELATED TO RURALITY.
